Please choose three date/time options for your private appointment. Please note that we only hold appointments on the following days/time blocks in order to provide the best possible experience for all customers.

 

Sunday 9am-12pm, 6pm-8pm

Monday 6pm-8pm

Tuesday 6pm-8pm

Wednesday 6pm-8pm

Thursday 6pm-8pm

Friday 6pm-8pm

Saturday 9am-11am, 7pm-8pm

 

Once we review your request, we will send a text and email confirmation for your appointment time, or notify you of other appointment options if your preferred date/times are not available. 

By submitting this form, you understand that your email address will be used for official La Segreta and Terra Moda marketing purposes. We DO NOT sell any customer information- it stays with us.

 

You also understand that you are required to place a $10 deposit before your appointment request will be confirmed. This can be used as a credit towards any purchase in store at Terra Moda, including the La Segreta Collection. You will recieve a certificate with the $10 value during your appointment. 

 

You also agree to be contacted about your appointment, including to confirm your appointment date and time, and to review the collection and identify pieces of the collection you wish to try on in person.
